Activisit to Speak on Ugandan Attempt to Outlaw Homosexuality

The World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana (WAC) will host Valentine Kalende, a LGBT activist from Uganda, for her speech, “Outlawing Homosexuality: A Human Rights Struggle.”
The event, co-hosted by the U of L Women and Gender Studies Dept., will be held Monday, July 12 at 6 p.m. at the University of Louisville Ekstrom Library in the Chao Auditorium.
