Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program for High School Students

The World Affairs Council of Kentucky and S. Indiana is accepting applications from high school students to take part in the Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program.

Students accepted to participate in the four-week program will have the opportunity to travel with students from Iraq within the U.S. The program aims to promote mutual understanding, respect and collaboration between the United States and Iraq.

The program will start in Mid-Late July 2012; the deadline for applying is Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012. Qualifying students must be between 15 – 17 years of age, and have a high school graduation of 2013 or later.
