After a “friendship circle” was formed with Mainz in 1976, the official sister city relationship with Louisville began in 1994. Mainz, a city located on the Rhine River and the capital of the Rhineland-Palatinate Region, has a rich culture and a long history. Louisville and Mainz share a love and appreciation for art, and vibrant business, science, and educational developments.

In collaboration with the city of Mainz, this delegation will have exclusive access to meetings with top industry and education leaders, and special tours of unique cultural sites. The Mayor of Mainz, Nino Haase, will hold a special reception for the delegation with top government officials attending.

We will be taking no more than a total of 25 individuals on this delegation. Priority will be given to those living or working in the Louisville Metro region.
Cost Per Person Packages
Include International Airfare To/From Louisville
Single Occupancy: $5,495 per person
Double Occupancy: $5,195 per person
All Reservations includes:
5 nights of hotel accommodations
Breakfast and lunch daily
All group transportation as needed per the final itinerary
Entrance fees for any sightseeing
Local Tour Manager/Interpreter throughout
Porterage of one large suitcase per guest
Coordination of briefings
Exclusions:
Travel insurance (highly recommended and offered here)
Airport transfers for tour-only guests (unless arriving/departing as the same time as the group)
Gratuities for hotel staff
Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
Anything not explicitly noted on the itinerary

A deposit of $600 per person is required before May 8, 2024. After that date, payment will be due in full at time of registration
$500 of the deposit is fully refundable until May 8, 2024. No refunds will be issued after that date
If payment is made in full before May 8, the entire amount minus $100 and credit card processing fees, will be refunded
