About this Event:

The African Union is the most diverse continental union on Earth, representing more individual languages, religions, and ethnic groups than any other, meaning it faces a unique set of challenges to cooperation. Despite its internal struggles with epidemics and local conflict, the African continent’s standard of living is rising as its political and economic cooperation with the world grows.

Join us as the ambassador of the African Union to the United States discusses the future of the continent, the challenges it must overcome and the opportunities it must seize in order to succeed in the coming years.
