Signature Destinations - Quito and the Galapagos

Discover Ecuador through a journey that blends cultural depth, natural wonder, and meaningful connection. Curated exclusively for the World Affairs Council of Kentucky & Southern Indiana, this Signature Destination invites you to experience the rich history of Quito, the breathtaking Andes, and, optionally, the unparalleled biodiversity of the Galápagos - all while traveling alongside a small group of globally minded peers. From historic haciendas and immersive culinary experiences to guided exploration with expert local hosts, every detail is thoughtfully designed so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

Choose the experience that fits your interests and schedule: a 6-day Quito-only journey (Nov 4–9, 2026) or an extended 11-day itinerary that includes the Galápagos (Nov 4–13, 2026). Space is highly limited to preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience. Once filled, registration will close.

Traveling with WAC means more than just a trip—it’s an extension of our mission. You’ll gain deeper context through a pre-trip briefing, connect with fellow members, and directly support WAC’s programming, education, and community engagement through your participation.

This is more than travel—it’s a shared global experience with purpose.
